Virtuous Raise Integration Delays

The issue affecting syncing between Raise and CRM has been resolved.

We are investigating an issue causing delays in data syncing between Raise and CRM. As a result, donations and other updates made in Raise may take longer than usual to appear in CRM. Customers may also experience delays in donation confirmation emails and scheduled reporting sends.

Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal processing. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
