Investigating: Recurring Gift Processing and Confirmation Emails

We are aware of an issue that has affected some Virtuous Raise recurring gifts scheduled to process this morning, preventing them from being processed successfully. This issue has also affected the delivery of confirmation emails.

Our engineering team is actively investigating this issue as a high priority. We will provide an update as more information becomes available.
